Evelyne de Pontbriand, winemaker, has managed the estate since 2001. A literary education, passionate about music, gardens, and taste ; she is a firm believer of the notion of terroir wines, ie the ’wines that bear the mark of their place’. She likes to quote this sentence from Jacques Puisais :

Simon, our vineyard manager, runs the vineyard. After professional experience in the health prevention, Simon turned to viticulture in 2018. Observer and ecologically concerned, he continues to deepen, every day, his knowledge in biodynamics.
Elise, cultural mediator and professional guide, is in charge of hospitality and tourism development.
She organizes all the tours, events, tasting workshops, train the hospitality team.
Anne Laure, is involved in the promotion of estate wines in France and abroad. After several tourism experiences, she turned to wine. Wine merchant then sommelier, she joins our team as commercial manager. P>
